1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice, is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Items returned without their original packaging or missing accessories.
Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day return period.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued after the returned item has been verified.
